    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: It would be a way of breaking character. Making a descision using information, that your character should not have. Using the information that you know as a person, in game as your character. Usually you would use this information to create an advantage for your character.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Only focusing on the end goal. Doing everything to reach that goal, regardless to what it means for immersion or character development. Could for an example be maximizing all your characters good traits, while minimizing the bad sides or your character. Could also be taking control over an interaction between two players, and not allowing the other player to make choices or have an effect on the situation.
