    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: metagaming is where something out of character happens, a good exsample is where a character called joseph who is a christian knight suddenly starts to worship the nameless lord ( https://www.lordofthecraft.net/forums/topic/164497-the-old-lords/ ) and that whould be out of character for john, and that is the just of metagaming
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: powergaming, or powerplay as i call it is where somebody plays god, they do something like summoning a bolt of lightning to strike you down and instantly kill you, or make themselves invulnerable to any incoming attack, basically stuff like that, i personaly dont like it when people do it, like most people.
