How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Well, I try to keep my actions as close to reality or in the least reasonable, So if i am for example cornered in a tower, I couldn't exactly just jump down and lets say use a water bucket to break my fall, because that is unrealistic.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Well it would derail the roleplay in a way, if for example I were to sit at a banquet and i was about to eat, but than I see that someone said in the chat OOCly about the food being poisoned and I either suddenly for no real or good reason at all decide to not eat and leave, or alert everyone there of the food being poisoned that would ruin/derail the roleplay
