    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Because my character should not know stuff he's not supposed to

Character Race: Orc
Character Gender: Male
Character Age: 25
Physical Description: My character is a 2.2 meter tall orc, I have no hair cause I'm an orc. Red eyes, mostly just wears armor.
Roleplay Scenario:

Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Example: My story? I was hoping you would tell me your story, I've been wondering why you wanted me to come to this forsaking place. I'll talk, but give me answers first.

"Oh, I just, uh…" you stutter, tensing up. You eye the crone, then back outside the tent. For a moment, the air thickens with anticipation, until…

  • Your Physical Description could use a bit more detail! If you’re unsure what to add, consider including details like height, eye color, hair color and length, clothing style, and other distinctive features. These are all great starting points!

  • Unfortunately, you cannot apply with a mask covering your character’s face on your Minecraft skin. This is to ensure you’re aware of the rules, that the race you chose is appropriate, and that your skin matches your physical description.
