Zenodoc grew up in a wealthy family, his mother and father both had well established jobs in their village. Zenodocs father was a blacksmith, while his mother an alchemist. Zenodoc was birthed at home with his mother and father raising him. At the age of 5, Zenodocs mothers and father sent him away to be schooled privately at an academy. Here Zenodoc learnt the many wonders of the world, from geography, to history, mathematics, Elvish Languages and many other skills. Zenodoc Graduated from the Academy when he turned 18, from here he visited his home where his mother and father had grown old and weak., this angered Zenodoc as he felt like he had wasted many years, which he could of spent looking after his family. Zenodoc went into his old room that night and laid upon his bed, his mother kissed his head goodnight and he closed his eyes. He dreamt that night, a dream that would change his life forever.

Zenodoc slipped into a deep slumber, he dreamt of forests burning. Animals decomposing, Brick crumbling... Shadows moved quickly, slaying everything in their path leaving only wasteland behind them. In the centre of the mass of shadows there was an orange glow. He waded through the shadows and found an orange glowing orb. He reached out to touch it. Upon touching it his flesh melted. Screams of agony and whispers of darkness. He had sensed true evil. The dream then flicked to a place he had seen before... Deep in the forest. An obelisk... 

Zenodoc woke up to his mother and father shaking him, he woke up in a panicked hot sweat. Zenodoc told his parent of the dream and they thought nothing, “Just a nightmare” … However, Zenodoc couldn’t shake the feeling that something in that dream was real. The place... Where had he seen it. Zenodoc snuck out of his home town that night, taking his robe, his old wooden staff and his backpack, full of Academy literature. He sought to find the source of this nightmare. The obelisk. He knows it holds great power.

Years later Zenodoc has a hut set up in the woods, still attempting to locate this obelisk.
