Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
You look around the room in awe of the place. You're a huge fan of forestry, and this town is full of creative uses of the logs they were provided. You stare back at the hag. "Well, I'm from the forest. I've always loved my home. But, you know, living in that single forest my whole life, I wanted more, to see more, to explore more of the world, and so I'm here now. I'm searching all over the continent to find new forestry, new towns, and places, and maybe even work on some artistry of the home myself." You grin happily at the hag.
