    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using real life or Unreal information to your advantage such as a guy in voice chat telling you where to go when in search of a Item or place
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Being to unrealistic or using almost impossible things to win a RP battle for example that you say: I killed him in one swing and i won the battle.

Magnus looks at the man with confusion and says "Uh.. Hi i am Magnus and i am here to meet up with a good friend of mine, Well atleast that's what i think he is!" Says it whilst looking around for Ernmund

Stops looking around and looks at the man with a big smile "He wanted me to learn something about climbing and Agility,  And with these walls and roofs i can already see why!"

 

The Man Smiles and tells him great places to go to when he is done with it
 

Magnus a bit hyped up for the situation replies with "Oh great to know but sadly i will be going away after we did it, still thanks tho" Says it with a disapointed face

 

The man replies and says his goodbye's and than walks of to another arrival behind Magnus


"Thank you for your time and we might see each other again, Goodbye!" Magnus walks of and goes on with the search for Ernmund
