- Your definition for both metagaming and powergaming is incorrect, please take the time to search up these two terms and get an understanding of what they mean

- Was your persona adopted? It is impossible for High Elves to biologically have a child that is a Dark Elf

- Your persona may not be royalty, refer to the guidelines that can be found above

- Your persona may not know magics of any kind prior to joining the server, they must be acquired in game game after being applied

- Providing an explanation as to why your persona appears to be a sadist would be appreciated

I highly advise that you take a look at the guidelines found near the top of the page. You may reapply whenever you believe yourself to be ready, though I highly recommend that you take the time that you need to get a better understanding of the server and roleplay in general. I would also recommend that you create a forum account as I would't have been able to place your application under pending as you made the application as a guest.
