Arbane Daekalyn grew up in a small village far from a big city, The small village had everything they needed to stay alive, they had food, houses etc. in the small village he lived a normal life. Both his parents were alive, and they had a medium size house, with food on the table. Arbane was a happy boy. But that would all change one day when some Orcs raided their village for all their food, Women and Mina. They slaughtered all the men in the village. When Arbane’s Father saw the Orcs coming, he quickly told Arbane’s mother to take Arbane and run, run away as far as they could. And so they did. The mother carrying Zeldon with tears in her eyes. Zeldon was still a boy so he didn’t know what was happening so he just looked back seeing the raiders burn the village down. And seeing them take all the women in the village and killing all the men including his father. Arbane’s mother ran, and ran and kept on running until you couldn’t see the village anymore. They found a tree they could lie under and rest since it was pretty dark out. Arbane slept just fine but his mother couldn’t sleep at all. When the sun began to rise Arbane’s mother woke Arbane up because they didn’t have any food so it was either look for a city or a small village where they could get food or find food in a forest. Arbane’s mother decided to go look for a village since she doesn’t know what is poisonous and what is edible in the forest, They kept going for days hungry and thirsty until Arbane’s mother collapsed... She was dead. Arbane was alone out there in the middle of nowhere, Not having any idea of what to do but to keep walking. He kept walking until he collapsed aswell. But right before he collapsed he saw a man running towards him, Arbane couldn’t remember anything after that until he woke up. When he woke up he saw a man by a fire holding something over it, then he turned around... “You’re awake!” he said while he was standing up walking towards Arbane with something in his hand, it looked like a plate. he crouched down to get to Arbane’s level “Here... take this, its good” He said as he gave something to Arbane. It looked like it was edible so he took a bite out of it. He liked it, he kept eating and eating and drinking some water the man gave to him. “Alright... We need to get going, we don’t wanna travel while its dark out.” He said as he threw on his backpack and threw water over the fire. He reached his arm out towards Arbane so he could help him get up. “W-Were are we go-going”Arbane stuttered. “Oh so you can talk...” He said while chuckling ”...We are heading to Fenn, The city where the snow elves live.” he said with a smile on his face, They kept walking and walking until they reached a large castle on top of a mountain. “Here we are... the Princedom of Fenn.” He said as he looked up on the castle. “Lets go in” They went inside there was a guard by the gate, asking the man questions it seemed like, Arbane couldn’t hear the questions he was too far away. “Come” He said to Arbane. They went into the Princedom of Fenn. There were so much snow here, and so many elves just like himself. Arbane started looking around, Up on the walls he could spot guards guarding the castle in the castle there were so many people, lots of people. Arbane had never seen so many people in the same place before. The man then told Arbane to come, Arbane did as he said, he saved his life so thats the least he could do, They went into an inn were they rented a room, The man threw his backpack on the ground and jumped in the bed. Then he looked up on Arbane. “Thats right... I never got your name.” The man asked Arbane while lying in the bed. “Aa-Arbane... Arbane Daekalyn.” He corrected himself. “Alright, come here lie down, its nice.” The man said to Arbane. “Im Erlan” Right as Arbane got onto the bed and relaxed he fell asleep. Until the next morning. Erlan had his backpack on him and his shoes on, “Come, Arbane. We need to find you a permanent place to stay.” He said as he waited for Arbane, Arbane got out of the bed put on his shoes, And headed out with Erlan, “I believe there is a church here where they adopt babies. Hopefully they will adopt you even though you are not a baby.” He said as he looked around looking for the church. “Here it is.” He said as he pointed towards a building, They headed over there. There was an old man there to greet us. He and Erlan talked. Arbane didn’t hear them since he already went inside the church looking around. When he looked back at the old man And Erlan they shook hands and Erlan headed off “Hello child, My name is Ayymer. You will be living here until you grow up to an adult.” Ayymar said with a pleasant smile on his face. And so Arbane spent his days there until he was 23 years old, He headed out looking to find the man that saved his life
