Vladimir was born in a small town-house on the outskirts of The Free State Of Sutica as a second-generation immigrant of the area. His parents moved there when he was being conceived because they wanted him to grow accustomed to all races, not just his own, and throughout his long childhood he understood a different perspective: him and the other elves were different from the mortal creatures he once called his friends. As he grew in age he watched those he loved grow older and die, while he stayed alive as young and fit as they were at the start of their life. It changed his outlook to become more depressive on his lifestyle, and he started hiding himself from society, cutting off friends and family because each time he would become close to someone they would perish and he would outlast them simply because of his bloodline.
“From life comes death” he says, knowing that the reverse is true with his true love, forestry, but he knows trees can’t hear him when he talks, and he only talks around those who are foolish enough to approach him. For the past one hundred years he has lived in solidarity in a forest wild, far past the city of Tahu’lareh, and the only time he has any interaction with another fellow being is if he ever stops by the Crusty Lagoon, sometimes to trade wares but mostly to get a little gossip every couple of decades.
