Alcred lived with his mother on the outskirts of a small human settlement where he mostly read books and helped his mother with house work, although he had a slight desire to go out adventuring but felt inadequate for the role so he just continued his relatively peaceful life until at the age of ten the settlement was attacked by bandits even though they lived on the outskirts Alcred and his mother were still caught in the raid were Alcreds’ mother died protecting him. After he survived the raid Alcred began wandering the world in search of power so that he may become strong enough to never experience that feeling of helplessness.
