Born a Mali’thill(believing as the elven term for pure-blood), her birth parents were unknown. With unknown lineage, it was also unknown as to where she was born. Most would say in the land of Arcas, however if this were to be true, she did not grow up there. After being born, she traveled many places with many different fostering parents. She grew up surrounded by high elves whom would take her in from time to time. One of these high elves had suggested that she colour her naturally silvery-white hair to blue so that she could stand out. Taking this suggestion, she did, and it stuck.
Because of this moving around, she gained many traits. She learned to see all races with good regard, and she learned many different skills, however she grew quick anger issues and she often would snap at people. Sometimes she would also appear cold and distant.
By the age of 18, she stopped traveling with foster parents, but continued to travel. Many times she had to travel with others, as her short stature(for an elf), standing at 5’8 when standing straight up, most regarded her as a child.
At 22, Storm realized that she still needed to make a living, so she would occasionally work for others, typically in cleaning houses and organizing. This was still an uncomfortable job, as typically it would be grown men, some of whom would sometimes try to make advances on her, however she would continually avoid these attempts and just take her money and leave.
From 27 to her current age, she would continually feel lonely, so she would take on many boyfriends(as I hope is the correct term in this world), however none of them had ever felt right.
