    OOC Osowiec Osowiec#7972 EST IN-CHARACTER Salutations, I am Av'ab Tal'Kharasi of the Av'qizm who journey with our brothers the Qalasheen. I have journeyed from the Fakhr Oasis far and wide seeking teaching on the arcane arts. I do not practice any particular one, though I have taken a liking to the discipline and empathetic nature of the Illusionary school of art. I wish only to obtain the rank of Practicus so that I might begin my studies. Feel free to send me a bird or find me riding within the sands to contact me for an interview.     Fatima ushered forth a wary smile, eyeing the man with a hint of skepticism. “Here to just lead a simple life is all, nothing special.” Fatima went to try and sidestep the man and head off on her own way. She wondered if the majority of the city would be as oddly confrontational as the man that stood there.
