→ As for the Question you had: when you character dies you don't need to make a new one or are you banned! you have choice whether your character, after death goes back to the Cloud Temple where the monks revived them. but here your character has no memory of the events that killed them and you cannot return to where they were killed for another 30 irl min. You can choose however, that your character is pk'd (permanently killed), this is your choice.
do remember though there are cases where a staff member might pk your character (you don't have to worry much about this, it would have been done because of a specific reason)

Where are they from, what were their parents like, why are they how they are…? It wasn't quite clear if her parents are alive or not? If they were killed by the bandits, you should change it to something else that isn't a common character trope.
