Full name: Leopold (Leopoldo) de Sade Age: 24 Leopold is a tall, thin man with a dignified air. He is well groomed and well dressed, sporting a fancy mustache that he likes to twirl and a satin jacket.
Leopold is stubborn, bold, and speaks his mind, which often gets him into trouble. He is a difficult person generally, but is generous and kind to those close to him. He is good shot with a crossbow, and has a quick tongue. Leopold was born in Vittena, a bastard to Santiago de Casanova. At the age with his father and his older half- brother Pascual De Casanova, and together they learned trade, fighting, and rhetoric. However, at the age of 17 his brother Pascual left the house for Helena, leaving him and his family back at home. During this time, he stayed in Vittena, continuing his studies. Though a smart man and respected fighter, he often got into trouble with his fellow students, often being picked on for his status as bastard. Eventually, the Farfolk from Al' Faiz vassalized his city. In response, Leopold took refuge in Helena, with the ambition of joining the army. He moved in with his brother for his first couple of months in the city. His brother Pascual created a Political Group known as the ONP, so he decided to join it as a member in the group. Currently, he lives with his brother and works with him for his political party. (St_Seus gave me permission to use his character in my history.)
Initially Leopold is suspicious of the man. Why is this random citizen poking his nose into Leopold’s business? He twirls his mustache.
“I’m here to join the army,” he says, “Where do I enlist?” “Over there!”the man responds with a bright cheery grin, “just two streets down!” “Thanks…” Where he’s from, Leopold isn’t used to people being so chipper. He scuffs off down the street, as he heads towards the recruiter.
