In the most genuine and unironic way, fun / funny shit. If something seems entertaining and actually interesting, it would bring me to become involved with it. That is how I have met the largest majority of my favorite people on the server. Sometimes alittle well-intended sillyness goes a long way, especially when its pretty grounded and not over the top.

Other than this, I would say anything that exceeds the honk shoo kind of rp that floods the nationscape rn. When I walk into a city and a guard does something unusual, it gets me more interested in actually interacting - as opposed to the TAKE UR MASK OFF WHILE I INVSEARCH U! (if they even show up to open the gate, that is). That kind of just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, right off the bat. 

I also think it really helps when people are actively welcoming and engaging to talk to. If your character talks and acts like NPC #5, theyre gonna get treated like it, yk? But people who actually let character flow through into their emotes and shit really get me immersed into the story being told - no matter how big or small it may be. 

I think it really just boils down to people, honestly. I've been surprised recently by Balian for example. But to bring it back to a close regarding roleplay itself, I would definitely say that to bring me out the RP has to just actually have flavor of some sort. Cool events, cool character interactions, or just people who play their characters in a cool way.
