Justin McJohnson was born in the city of Adelburg in the Holy Orenian Empire. His parents were middle-class merchants who raised him pretty normally. He decided to become homeless because of a desire for freedom and flexibility in his life. He lived on the streets for several years, kicking cans and making friends with stray dogs. Sometimes he would get into street fights with other homeless, though he would often lose these fights. He had no friends as a homeless man, as he believed any friends he made could pose a threat to him and his meager possessions. He lived in a makeshift tent in an alleyway that he would have to occasionally move because of paranoia that his campsite would be rummaged through and ruined. One day he decided to leave Adelburg and to wander until he found a more interesting city. He traveled for many days, often foraging in the wild and resting in his poorly-made tent. He eventually made his way through random chance alone to the settlement of Aegrothond. He's now there, living his best homeless life.
