Aislinn was born as an only child to a seemingly loving mother and father. Her family were quite well off and lived in main cities of the Holy Orenian Empire (mostly in the Vaelya area), where Aislinn attended school at the age of 6. From an outsider's perspective, Aislinn's family seemed to be almost perfect, but of course, that was not true. Aislinn's father was a worker for a shady lot, but Aislinn never dared to question what her father did. Some nights she could hear her parents yelling from the kitchen, and when asking what was wrong, Aislinn's father always assured her nothing was the matter. This was until, when Aislinn turned 10 that people came knocking, Aislinn was told to hide and listened as strangers entered, they yelled, took Aislinn's mother's prized vase and smashed it, before leaving. Aislinn witnessed her father murder her mother a few moments after the people left, saying that she was the reason the family was a mess. Aislinn's father then tried to kill her, slashing her arms before she managed to escape and run down the roads in the dead of night towards her grandmother's home. Aislinn never heard from her father again after that night and ended up living with her grandmother until she turned 17 and moved out, finding her own space and now attending the University of Vaelya, where she now strives to reach her goals. At age 19, Aislinn is searching for what happened to her father and for explanations of that night, while also trying to make some sort of friends, after never having any in her youth.
