Ilrih Phanzo was born into Dark Elven Royalty and was 2nd in line to be a king. He was an only child and his mother died during child birth. As he grew up he was trained in the best forms of combat. He would go hunting with his father (a Prince) every chance he got, but on one hunting trip he and his father were hunting trolls and they had been spotted by a troll before they had spotted it. The troll ripped a tree out of the ground and begun to swing it around with malicious intent. Ilrih's father pushed him under a tipped over tree for protection as his father tried to slay the beast. after the fight had gone on for about 10 minutes the troll got the upper hand and impaled Ilrih's father with a branch from a tree. Ilrih watched his father drop to the ground with little life left in him. To finish him off the troll raised his giant foot and slammed down on Ilrihs father. After Ilrih had gotten back to safety he told his grandfather (the King) what had happened and his grandfather then disowned him for not attempting to aid his father in his fight leading to his demise. Years after that at the age of 18 Ilrih had decided to slay every troll he came across until he killed the goliath that took his father from him. and he has been hunting them ever since.
