Yao Fe was raised in the Northwestern mountains by a clan of assassins that taught him many fighting styles and killing techniques. He was considered a child-prodigy by the elders of the clan and was forced to train twice as hard as the other children. By the time he was 14, Yao Fe had been taught many martial art forms by his masters. However, due to disagreements between the elders over the growing concern that was the war of two emperors, a rebellion rose in his clan that destroyed the village he had trained in for the last 14 years of his life. Yao Fe was still too young to understand the implications of the war and sought shelter within the walls of Haense. since then, Yao Fe has traveled the known world searching for a purpose in his life and dealing with the repercussions of losing everyone he cared about. Currently Yao Fe resides in the Cloud Temple where he has been resting up before returning on his endless journey throughout the lands.
