THE TITAN OF THE SEA

Once upon a time, a Captain named August and his crew went to sail in the seas of the continent. Mere fishermen they were, exploring the various isles for trade and friendship. During their travels, they went north - Towards where now the United Kingdom of Aaun is located. 

Upon arrival, the men could not believe their eyes, one of them shockingly stating “Captain! Do ye see the broken ship in the sea?!” The crewmate said, pointing to the various parts of a ship dwelling in the sea.

Captain August gestured to the guilded figurehead of the ship which happened to be that of an eagle. “Aye! Row towards the figurehead lads!” The Captain commanded his crewmates to do so. Upon arrival, the Crewmen began to debate amongst each other whether this is the work of man or that of another being. The Captain however, was trying to find the front of the quarter gallery that had the name of the broken ship.
 

As they continued to sail further east, a storm came into their way; lightning louder than the cannons upon their ships, waves that seemed to touch the sky itself. As they tried their best to row through the storm, they felt something gigantic bumping into the keel of their ship - the ship almost turned sideways. 

The Captain and the men panicked, shouting to each other “KEEP ROWING LADS! DO NOT STOP!” 

It was then, when hitting a gigantic wave on their way - that they saw a gigantic serpent-like creature rise above the seas, its scaly skin being right in front of the crew - it roared towards the ship, blowing the ship backwards, and it dove back under the surface of the ocean. The creature had the form of a gigantic snake and eyes whitened, striking fear in the hearts of mankind.

Some of the crewmen desperately jumped off the ship into the seas, for they imagined that they would not survive the journey. As they jumped off, the sea began to color red with blood. It was now the Captain and four of his crewmen left on the ship, before the titan of the seas rose up once more and pulled him and his comrades into the sea, most of them lost and waved upon another island, others dead as food for the fish.

The Captain and his crew lost or dead, the legend lives on, for it to be true; it must be discovered.

Being excommunicated and being an anathema no less, grants every Canonist individual, clergy or not, to overthrow the said ruler who is deemed as an anathema. That is my first point in this matter. Therefore the Chapel as building is invalidated as a house of worship and thus it was no bloodshed - Only faithful Canonists who were within the old House of GOD that once guided the Duchy. This is regarding your claim of using the Church as shelter.

Thirdly, supporters of the anathema are equating themselves to such a stature; which means anyone who aligns themselves with the anathema himself is an equal enemy to that of the entirety of Canondom. There is no excuse for aligning themselves with the Duke for its either their own so-called "conscientiousness" or they are forced to fight alongside your Duke. This is a point regarding your claim of slaying in front of the church, rather hypocritical given that if you were true Canonists; you would not have harmed  and murdered Sigismond, his son and the innocent Sarkozic girl; so no lectures from you regarding the slaying of individuals who happen to be enemies of Canondom and not innocents.

Fourthly, guest-rights are not directly a permit for sanctuary; your Duke was still anathemized and no punishment was given by the Pontiff beforehand except that. It is up to the Tribunal of the Church to sentence your duke and so it happened to be that he was sentenced to death, this has nothing to do with a false promise. More the logical response of being guilty of crimes.

Fifthly, I find it rather ridiculous to use the domestic problem of the Archduchess of Petra as an example for the accusations of which Heinrik was found guilty of. The Petran people had suffered from a civil war because of it, whilst your Duke had been proven to be wh-remongering amongst his own kin, his cousin no less."

Following our decision I reached out to Muna to discuss our reasoning and encouraged him to hold Charlemagne accountable. I deeply respect the courage it took for you to come forward with this. While we chose not to reban Charlemagne, we believe it is important for us to hold him accountable for his words – he is not immune to this. You deserve an apology, though that does not mean he deserves your forgiveness.

 

We understand that some community members may be upset with our decision, and we empathize with those feelings. We encourage open and respectful discussions about this matter and are available for any further concerns or questions you may have.

I find it absolutely shameful to see that the staff does not take his actions into account in regards to player safety guidelines. First, he talks of electric therapy and r-pe, then he displays a swastika (a symbol under which millions have died) and you just look over the proof as if nothing ever happened. It's absurd what is happening now.

Just know that when actions repeat itself that you'll be the one responsible for letting a sadistic neo-nazi back on the server. Someone who promotes symbols such as a swastika against whose grandparents or great-grandparents fought against too, and in the same breath speaks of torture. 

This guy (Charlemagne) belongs somewhere in the Nuremberg trials and not on a pixel server with 13 year old children.

This decision is absolutely deranged.

Staff has lost their mind and is now defending the people who glorify the events as:

This is a decision that came from staff. LOTC is a huge and vast server. It is not impossible to avoid the player if you cannot forgive and forget after 4 YEARS.

This will all I will say on the topic of this thread. If staff are present then they would be wise to lock this thread to avoid further harassment.

I might have to remind you that forgiving the person in question who got banned for 4 years, is fully up to the two offended and targetted by him. The people who decide in forgiving him ought to be only Muna and Toni their business, not anyone else's.

I also think that posts such as these are useful in respectful dialogue to come to a conclusion all together that if players are uncomfortable with the return of the said banned person and to bring this matter up to staff properly. This is no harrassment, this is just what is quite literally going on at this moment.

There were multiple people saying that Trol used the excuse of "not being Charlemagne and just happened to have the same name". Also it is incredibly vile to think that this is used as cannon fodder to blast at the Adria side and community or even claiming that this is of benefit to win a mineman war. 

I also think that you did not read the comment that this document was written two days pre-warclaim so this thread not even to be used to somehow boycott your community.

I don't think we're discussing semantics of whether he is a r-pist or not or whether the definition of what he is said is capable of incriminitation for a real-life crime. 

What we are talking about is the behavior that has been forgotten about and happens to be much like that of a r-pist and certainly when r-pe is being implicated in various screenshots that certainly indicates something.
