Wang Mei Hua is a Li-Ren apothecary who hails from the Free State of Sutica. She has recently moved to the Holy Oren Empire. She is currently also studying flora and other materials for apothecary practices.
She was born into a middle-class family along with an elder brother. Her mother works as a cook while her father works as a cartographer. Her mother is a hardened woman who came from a low-class family and was the one who taught Mei Hua her first hobby - foraging - while her father is a compassionate man who spent most of his time busy earning money for the family. She once had a close-knit relationship with her family, until her elder brother ran away from home when she was 15, which left the Wang household in shambles. This incident lead to the Wang family neglecting Mei Hua, and she eventually started resenting her estranged sibling.
After the disappearance of her brother, she started taking interest in transfiguration magic, then eventually in alchemy as of now.
She now roams in the Holy Oren Empire, living off of selling whatever she can gather or produce, until she finds a more permanent source of mina.
