    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when character in-game gains knowledge or information about something in-game from an outside source because the player who owns the character learns something from outside. (eg. The player learns about an event happening through messaging outside the server and then the player's character now knows about the event.)
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is to give a character unrealistic/unfair powers and/or to force actions onto other characters. This includes having immunity to everything, having invincibility, etc.

  • Your Powergaming Definition is on the right track, though it’s not quite there. Take another look at our Wiki’s definitions for help, and I recommend including an example so I can tell you fully understand!
  • Your Character Name, Li, is the family name of the current ruling family of Yong Ping, the Li-Ren settlement. I need to confirm whether or not the family head is accepting new members.
  • Your Character Biography states that your character is currently leaning alchemy. You have to find a teacher in roleplay in order to practice alchemy!
