Sumatra was born in Elvenesse into a lovely family of wood elves. From the age of 1-12 she lived a wonderful life in the woods, she was taught how to hunt and make bows from scratch, although they weren’t good it was a bonding experience. Her Uncle who traveled would sometimes bring back gifts from the outside to Sumatra and also told her stories of his adventures. Until one year later when they never heard back from him. Sumatra and her sister, Eva, would play in the trees all day. Sumatra was never good at making new friends but it was fine because they had each other. Until the night of Sumatra’s 13th birthday when they were playing outside as usual when a branch with her sister on it fell all the way to the ground. Sumatra was traumatized thinking this was all her fault, even if her parents didn’t blame her. Sumatra's family could never really get over the tragedy even if they tried to go back to how it used to be. Sumatra couldn’t stand being in the same house where her sister used to live so she decided to travel once she was old enough just like her uncle. From the ages of 15-17, all she did was imagine a world around her that she didn’t know yet and the knowledge she would gain. When she finally turned 18 she promised to visit her parents again but she really couldn’t wait to travel all around and discover new things. She headed Talons port, she heard of this place from her uncle and decide this would be her first stop.
