Ciarán was born into a large family, the second oldest of many siblings, with only her elder brother, Ker, above her, to a loving mother and father. From an early age she was taught that family was everything. She often was in charge of her younger siblings, bound to the confines of their home in the Enclave while her parents worked in the city. , her brother out of the house and venturing the continent early one in her life. She was closest to her mother, often singing songs passed down from her ancestors. She longed for the adventure outside of the reading she so often retreated to at night. She became a skilled swords person after learning from her father and brother, and then being tasked with teaching her younger siblings. Her mother as of late had encouraged her to adventure before let herself become too engrossed in responsibility. Just turning 19, she decides this is the time for her to begin her journey and learn the histories of all the other regions and races in her world.
