Jack drops his bags on the floor because he was startled "Oh, I, Uhm." Jack stutters "I want an adventure, I-I guess..." Jack says. "this is the right place for you, if you're in seek of an adventure! I could help you get started in this fine City?" The man says, "NO!" Jack yells. The man jumps back startled, "Oh, I-Im sorry.." Jack says, "I-I should go." Jack picks up his bags and leaves the man.
