Myciel, born into an (obviously) Wood elven family, in (obviously) the Forest Realm of Irrinor, was taught from birth by her parents to live a life of quality, hard work and resourcefulness. These teachings didn't last terribly long however, as her father first passed from illness, followed by her mother a couple years later from the same illness. Let's not hope it runs in the family. Either way, now parentless and with nobody left to guide her, Myce taught herself how to cultivate, and to a lesser extent, fighting and hunting. She didn't actually fight with many others, she just helped others hunt and cook. Since she's weak in confrontational scenarios, she might as well follow in the footsteps of her parents and her people and be strong when hidden, from far-range. Hunting and archery give her the sense of control and power she wished she had much earlier in life, and she likes to think it would make her parents proud even in death.
