Harper Dixon was a curious child, never speaking much, and reading from a young age. His parents were farmers and never quite knew how to deal with him. around age 30, he began to show an interest in adventure, no doubt a side effect from the many novels he had been consuming all his life. Harper would also hear stories about wizards and magic, passed from strange travellers down to the other halflings his age. Harper would soon try to replicate the stories he heard, simple cloaks, and setting off with a mind full of sleight of hand tricks, he named himself the "great sorcerer" Lancorak.
