Arfuna initially hails from the Grand Kingdom of Urguan of Aevos; born as the only child of the Ingotcloak name. Arfuna's parents were tinkerers: building devices to help the dwarves of Urguan, whether that be for violence and protection, or for entertainment and whimsy. When Arfuna reached her Youngbeard age, she ventured away from Urguan in the hopes of exploration and an attempt to make a name for herself as a tinkerer. Arfuna's parents supported her decision openly, giving her a bag of her own tools and some materials to assist her; a small metal mallet, some wooden dowls, an ingot of copper, coins and a few gemstones. Arfuna wandered the world, though never found a place that resonated to her; nowhere but Urguan felt like home to her. Arfuna decided to return home after a year; she saw her home abandoned, destroyed by Orsathiel. At this sight, Arfuna set back off again from Urguan; she eventually managed to settle within Azuras, hoping she might find her people again, might find her parents again.
