Ella was born to loving parents that were captured in an attack when she was 6, but not killed. Her grandparents were highlanders, her parents decided they wanted a different life for their children. Her brother, who was one at the time, was taken by another family and she doesn't know his whereabouts. She's looked all over Oren, or at least as far as she could go alone. She heard a rumour that an adopted boy had been growing up in The Jade State of Yong Ping, of which the people have rebuilt the state after the wars on the Ai Zhou peninsula, into a prominent trade city. She hopes he's there, living in peace. She grew up with the community, and has lots of mentors. She has a best friend, Edward, who has been by her side since her parents died. He's an elf. She hasn't done much, but she wants that to change. She's never had a love interest, but she admires many of the local boys. There's a halfling that always leaves gifts at her door, handcrafted trinkets. She wonders about him, she wonders about her brother, and she wonders about what's beyond The Holy Orenian Empire.
