Ewan Cromel was born as an only child in a conservative household in Karosgrad. His mom worked at home and his dad was a cobbler. He grew up loving nature and all the beauty it brings such as the snowcapped mountains and evergreen trees nearby the city. He also loves to sing songs, and is inspired by the singing of birds. He was educated by his mother at home, so he wasn't able to make many friends. Ewan was terrible at learning because of his forgetfulness, but his one friend ended up being the son of one of the local school's teachers, so he got a little bit of extra help. His father wants him to take over the family business of shoe-making, but Ewan has bigger plans: he wants to see more of what the sprawling world has to offer. On the night before his 18th birthday, he sneaks out of the house and runs away, leaving everything he has ever known behind.
