Character Biography
Mack was born in a small village in the north. He has an older sister who became very important to him.
After a few years, he had to take an exam that the young Highlanders had to take with them in the region.
In that exam they had to endure a lot of physical hardship. In one of these tests, however, he failed, which led to him and another boy being attacked by a wild bear.
The bear killed the other boy and injured him. This disgrace led to him being banished from the village and having to fend for himself.
As he was already at an advanced age, he managed to survive and set his sights on building a new life elsewhere.
The exile, however, still marks him today and has strongly influenced his nature.
Although the Highlander traditions are very important to him, there is a part of him that despises them just as much, because whenever he sees himself or another Highlander,
he has to think of his parents and his homeland, which brought him nothing but suffering.
