Acherontia grew up in Elysium helping their parents in the family bookshop. Being surrounded by all of they books they could possibly imagine fueled their urge to learn. They left home young due to a falling out with their parents. After hiring a mercenary to help protect them on their travels, they decided to travel and learn and collect as much as possible. They never stayed in one place for too long moving after they obtained as much knowledge as they could. Every new place that they traveled to they filled out journals with notes and drawing of what they encounter in hopes that they can one day fill libraries with their findings.
