Melisander (he/they)
Raised by their dark elf father, though in a tiny community of wood elves located near/in the Talus Grove. The community has aided the Druidic Order for some time, not full druids, more at the level of dedicants (though as a community instead of individuals), generally being too concerned with the daily tasks of survival to do much ritual or study. Melis's wood elf mother succumbed to a natural illness two decades ago, long enough that it doesn't weigh on them too much any more. From a young age Melis found themselves fascinated with plants and insects, listening eagerly as the elders of the community chattered away about their properties and histories. Despite their height, Melis was used to not being noticed too regularly, and was surprised at the attention he got when he ventured away from his community a few months ago. His father had originally asked him to stay on, to help the community, and he had for a decade, but soon he grew restless. He left peacefully, at a full understanding and with the whole-hearted blessings of his father.
