What circumstances led to this ban?

A while ago, I made a character who I wanted to become a villain. I came across a number of cows and slayed them. The day or two after that I was banned with a message saying "You have been banned for 24-06-20023 at 12:34 by Romboo from this server for: Minor Villainy infraction, fourth infraction. Banned for 1 month, can appeal on July 22nd, 2023." When asked for the reason by the mod, they spoke to me saying that I did not leave the breeding pair.

Are there aspects of the ban you agree and/or disagree with?

I now understand the risks of committing villainy. I won't commit villainy against livestock ever again. There is nothing to disagree with.

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

I like the roleplay items. They have a description and everything and you can make a normal mc item into something entirely different and interesting. I also miss the community, the friends and how much fun it was to be a part of something whole.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

The kha were created by a Daemon by the name of Metztli. She was very very beautiful, yet she had a heart filled with evil. She would steal newborns from the comfort of their own cribs, maliciously experimenting on them. This would create a new breed, a new race. The kha. This newly concocted race was a cross breed between a human and an ocelot. Yet even after these heinous experiments were completed, no one knew the process of how these humanoid cats were created. In the earlier years of the Khas' existence, they were ruled over by Tla'Jhaan who was a power-hungry tyrant. He forced his subjects to worship him instead of their creator, Metztli. Upon that action, there became a civil war. Metztil despised imperfection, and out of anger, wiped out most of the kha (not all of them) with a large volcano. With that, 4 different Kharajyr races were created, all subsiding in Va'Khajra. 

It is known that the Kha worship and love Metztli dearly, creating festivals, rituals and sacrifices all to pay homage to their Muuna (mother). Kharajyrs are known to be extremely rigid when it comes to rules, following many of their religious laws. This can include never disrespecting their emperor, never drinking alcohol, to never leave their group, and to never form ties outside of their nation. Although, there are some Kha that will not follow these ancient ways, recognizing these traditions as outdated and only but a memory.

Kharajyr are divided into 4 races (subspecies), each species containing selective traits and abilities, as well as distinctive physical characteristics, all which separate one from the other. All khas do share some similar traits which include, high agility, nightvision under moonlit / dimly lit land, retractable claws, and negations concerning fall damage (only from a moderate height akin to a small house's height). Kharajyr receive hyperactive effects if they ingest sugar (dilated pupils and crazed behavior). The Kha are known to contain a complex mental state. Many religious kha can be found looking for new purpose in their life, whilst some other Kha may fall into a state of tragicomic existence. They may struggle with fitting in, as well as facing hardships due to their dissimilarities with other races. Kha can live up to 200 years. The 4 subspecies of Kha include: Kha'Pantera (generally more stealthy), Kha'Leparda (generally more flexible skillwise) , Kha'Cheetrah (generally more agile), and lastly Kha'Tigrasi (generally more stronger). 

The Lunar Pilgrimage is an encouraged practice/ journey that usually takes some years to complete. This pilgrimage entails traveling to Khalenwyr, connecting with their homeland, and returning back to where they began. OOC: All new Kha must rp the return from a Lunar Pilgrimage to their current continent. From there, they will hold the knowledge within them that their deity is dead.

Chalchiuhtlicue is a 5 foot tall female Kha'Tigrasi. Her fur illustrates a pearly-leaden color (with onyx stripes), mimicking that of a grey Maltese Tiger. Her clothing varies depending on the weather, usually going for colorful and showy garments. She wears a circlet as well, drawing attention to her upper brow-line. For a child, she is kind in heart and expression, taking an interest in nature and exploring. She holds onto a very curious state of mind, constantly wishing to grow up.

There's a bit of misrepresentation of what was said concerning what ellevuna has said. We weren't saying that OOC = IRP, as seen from these logs here (There are time-stamps just so you know that there's nothing cut out) -- we were talking about how the RP has happened even without OOC consent. The RP would show the effects/consequences of taking the cure, the aftermath of it, how it'd fail (since OOC consent wasn't given) and that our characters would have to deal with it IRP.

When they decided to just make RP go to their character unexpectedly dying, we decided to inform them that'd be a /d40. Furthermore, it's pretty bad faith, as the rule itself states which only led to more arguments, hence why I decided to pop them along with the prior rudeness that you can see from the RP.

 

 

As for the latter argument, if there's a dark creature that cannot be cured. There's no reason for them to be let out IRP, free to roam the lands. Our characters decided that killing them would be the best move (We informed them that it didn't need to be PK, and could just be monk) but they refused that as well. This, however, can be cemented to a difference of views of RP and shouldn't be counted as an argument in the report, though.

They were literally trying to gaslight iLime__ that when they said irp consent would be final and they would be cured. As you can see in logs, iLime__ argued that ooc consent does not = irp consent which is common knowledge to many spooks, yet tried to force iLime__ to state that her character was cured. Also in roleplay, you would not know if the cure worked or not unless you full on metagamed their ooc consent statement. The reason I argue for this statement is because iLime__ would have proceeded on with the cure irp if you all hadn't gaslit her, as well as created an ooc problem filled with untrue statements. It was clear that iLime__ was uncomfortable with the situation becoming an OOC situation and proceeded to kill off her character as shown via physical injuries. The bad faith wasn't "bad faith". You left a third degree burn victim to rot, chained up, as well as doing a salt test on her THIRD DEGREE burns. "But when faced with large or deep burns, it can overreact, often making the injury more severe and harming the heart, lungs, blood vessels, kidneys, and other organ systems. During this inflammatory response, there is fluid loss that can cause a sharp and potentially deadly drop in blood pressure known as shock."

There are logs of you all trying to lie to iLime__ in rp that curing with irp consent means ooc consent. When iLime__ said that they died from their wounds, someone instead of proceeding to rp search, attempted to initiate pvp without iLime__'s consent and try to pop them. That is why they logged out of confusion and panic. This could have been handled far more better for what I've seen. Not to mention the rp that conspired contained no purpose. You had already eradicated a violent vampyre. When an innocent vampyre that asks irp for a cure is killed for no reason, there is no character development. Using their ooc statement of not giving consent to fuel their death made the entire roleplay pointless.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Corcituras are cursed descendants and completely different variants of the silit archon and are below silits. They can learn few magics and are not immortal. They can be turned via ritual or by another corcitura by feeding the descendant their blood. They live twice as long as their descendant life rather than being immortal. They can heal three times faster than they would if they had not been cursed. Their weaknesses include flame, light and salt. When they are cured, they will gain PTSD and trauma pertaining to whatever had cured them, also being in denial. Though if they are recursed, the curse is restored into them permanently. They have to feed every 7 irl days and within 4 weeks of not feeding they will go completely insane. They can transform into an ugly version of themselves, giving their features elongated teeth, sharp nails, and a contorted face. A corcitura can evolve into a silit through the rite of rebirth.

In her disguised form, she appears to have medium length black hair and gray eyes. She has lightly tanned skin, which will mostly lighten as she avoids the sun. Her garbs are usually loose and include leather and furs. She stands at 5'7" and has pointy ears that can be seen on her head.
