  1. “THE SEASON RETURNS” The sixth Lifstala season has begun, and with it, the Haense Hearsay returns The Hearsay of Hanseti-Ruska Edition XVII Joma ag Umund, 481 E.S. As the sixth season of Lifstala has begun, a plethora of events and scandals have made their way to my ear! Read well, my lovely readers, and enjoy the social season’s drama. THE ROYAL… WEDDING? ~ My dearest readers, truly the utmost scandalous event has taken place! Our very own Prince Stefan has sought to marry a commoner, Franziska Morovar, also known as the Madame Raev! Furthermore, it has been seen that this woman is pregnant out of wedlock, as if having the gall to make a move on our own prince wasn’t shameful enough! The proposal was announced during the ball following the second day of presentations, which led to Grand Prince Aleksandr punching his own younger brother in the face! A brawl of that degree over such a lowly woman… It brings me great sadness to know such a shameful scandal has torn the Barbanov brothers apart during a time that is supposed to be filled with happiness! Either way, despite the brothers’ fight, the prince and his bride planned an impromptu wedding, naming the woman he married Princess Franziska Elaine. This poor writer only hopes that the child she is carrying is in fact of Barbanov blood! THE MOST NOTABLE DEBUTS ~ This season, Lifstala had a shocking number of 62 young men and women sign up to debut! Such numbers were impressive, and it warms this writer’s heart to know that so many signed up to support their kingdom, as well as their family and friends. THE RUSKAN ROSE To follow the traditions of previous Lifstala seasons, this woman was named as Haense’s most eligible debutante! She donned a stunning gown of a gold color to honor her hauchmamej, Koenas Amadea, and to everyone’s curiosity, her headdress seemed to quite literally glow! To top off her marvelous entry, this debutante offered her token of tribute to her two late sisters, who both passed before they could have the chance to debut themselves. To name this Rose, the title goes to Lady Aleksandra Vas Ruthern! However, dear reader, despite her stunning debut, one does have to wonder: Does Lady Ruthern’s title of Ruskan Rose have anything to do with her mamej being the Princess Royal? Perhaps there is some familial bias afoot… THE HANSETI HART Similar to the Ruskan Rose, a particularly outstanding male debut was named as this Lifstala season’s most eligible bachelor. This delightful young man entered alongside his brothers, donned in gold and a noble red. He wore a warm smile bright enough to melt any lady’s heart, yet still bore a rogue demeanor that enticed many! Most eminently, however, was this gentleman’s token. He brought the first minae he had ever earned, and dedicated it to his family. Truly, Firr Ryba Novikov has earned his title as this season’s Hanseti Hart. THE BALLET BRAWL ~ The Ballet Josefina that hosted this year was truly a work of artistic genius! While it was written and choreographed by Lady Elia Stafyr, it starred Lady Aleksandra Ruthern as Josefina, Prince Cesar de Pelear as Ilya, and Valerian Godunov as Boris. It told the story of a beautiful maiden by the name of Josefina, who was caught in a passionate love triangle between two brothers! However, despite the ballet’s thrilling plotline, this writer’s doves have seen something much more interesting… Throughout the play, Lord Andrik Ruthern cried of how the ballet written by Lady Stafyr was in reality a mockery to House Ruthern! The man claimed that such was based on the Princess Royal, Analiesa Josefina, and the Duke Ruthern! Lord Andrik went on to hurl tomatoes at the stage, one of which hit the Grand Princess Amaya in the back of the head! And as if that in itself were not bad enough, Lord Andrik also struck a woman, Firress Kaida Voltonen! By the end of the play, Andrik had to be held back by several guards, and was eventually escorted from the room. If he thought the ballet was shameful to his house, imagine how his own actions must have seemed! In the end, Lord Andrik was barred from further participation in Lifstala. ~ As if the fight at the ballet weren’t enough, a tragedy struck just as the dancers were called to bow before their audience! Quite abruptly, Lord Matviy Kortrevich, who had danced as Josefina’s Pa just minutes before, collapsed from the stage, and hit his head. Despite the Grand Princess’ noble efforts to revive him at the scene, the Lord Kortrevich was pronounced dead. May GODAN keep the soul of the noble Matviy Kortrevich, and may he rest in peace. ANOTHER BARBANOV BABY? ~ Recently, the Kongzem was blessed with a new Princess, Her Highness Isabel! At the Lifstala presentations, the Koenas held her daughter lovingly in her lap, creating a heartwarming image of the Barbanov family. However, as Prince Stefan made his debut, our very own Koeng Georg dressed up in a horse suit, and paraded his son down the aisle! As if the spectacle wasn’t hilarious enough on its own, Princess Isabel seems to now only associate her father with horses! This writer can only hope Her Highness is not impaired by this facade later in her life. On a similar note, at the debuts, perhaps onlookers with good vision could notice… the Koenas has a baby bump? Could yet another Prince or Princess bless this Kongzem? It seems we will have to wait for an announcement of either a pregnancy or a birth! I, personally, am very eager to see how these events play out. My doves see all, lovely readers. Watch your words and your actions, lest they come back to haunt you.
