You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Kotori walks cautiously towards the cushion taking a seat. Taking a deep breath, she looks over at the old hag nodding her head. "I come from a forest far from here. I am currently traveling to find some herbs for my alchemy studies." She pauses, opening the small pouch attached to her belt. "I have currently found this, hoping to find more things like it." She pulls out a green chunk of something that seems to look like moss and grass mixed together, although it has the gentle smell of lilacs. "I'm hoping to discover something new with this substance. By any chance would you know what it is?" awaited a response before rudely cutting the woman off. "No madam I am sorry, I should not pester you with such questions. You asked for my story, not for me to ask to be taught." Quickly put the weird substance back into her pouch, right after dusting her hands off onto her pants, standing up afterwards walking towards the door. "I guess there isn't much to me after all, I'll come back once I figure my own story out. I promise you that." Kotori proceeded to duck yet again, stepping out of the tattered tent, walking away into the distance to find her own story to tell.
