You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Petra took in a deep breath and exhaled quickly, finding her seat afterwards, "Thank goodness, I've been looking for a place to rest." they laughed off the hag's appearance before continuing, "What brings anyone anywhere...?" they lingered on the question for a moment, "It's going to sound strange but my story starts around when I was five, I literally woke up in the woods, my first cognitive memory... crazy huh?" they shook their head, "I fended on my own for a long while, not too sure if I'd make it to the next day." she bowed her head, "Eventually, I was found by hunters of a small village and brought back to town where merchants actually took me in, a couple from Haense. A family-owned jewelry business." she nodded, "They taught me how to live, grow, the whole thing! They sent me off to sell for them once again so that's why I'm here." they finished off with a look to the side, "Admittedly, I've enjoyed travel, I think I rather adventure than take over their business.." she trailed off, "But, oh well, that's it. It was a pleasure to meet you but I must be on my way, this stuff isn't gonna sell itself." they pulled back part of their sleeve to reveal plenty of jewelry on their wrists before waving to the woman and heading off.
