You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Example: "my story? hahaha i have no story." he said with a smile, knowing that the tragic tails of his village have traveled. "i umm" he said, his smile turning to a frown. "my story is that of the village in the mountains." a tear dripping down his face shined through the dim light before dropping onto the old and rotting wood planks. "bandits came an destoryed everything" at this point Edmund's face was covered with tears. but still trying to keep his composure he said "poisoned our water and food, killed our people. burned our houses." the tears turned to anger and hatred for the bandits. whiping his face of the tears, he then said "I and some others escaped, but most where unsuccsessful. like my parents..." his head was shaking holding back a avelance of tears. Edmund's face got even paler before eventually saying goodbye to her and leave the old decrepid house. even though it didnt feel good in the moment, edmund felt happier than he ever did.
