You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Example: ,,Uhm...", I need a moment to compose myself. I sit down. ,,Hi, I am Yamiko. I am in search for my future. I am following a certain energy that leads me. I was raised by my older sister in Sakura-Gakure, my parents were not really in the picture, they just...didnt care. I think they always wanted to have another girl. They gave me a feminine name and always dressed me in my sisters old clothes, people still mistake me as a girl. I wasnt the right kid for them. They always worked so hard and traveled for months at a time. They were merchants. I dont know if they are alive, I last saw them when I was 12. But, that doesnt matter to me, they were strangers to me all these years. I felt trapped in this big ans busy city. I love my culture, but I know, if I want to grow I have to leave my home. My sister stayed home, even though I asked her to come with me. I was always in search for an adventure, and my desire to travel the world just grown stronger and stronger. My sister was the quiet and more reserved sibling. She is scared of the world outside of our home. She was worried sick about me when I left. But thats just the difference between us. I traveled for months now. I dont know how I manage that. I try to talk to many people and socialize. I found many good friends on this adventure so far. Since I left, I didnt know what my future would look like. If my stayed home, my future as a merchant would be secured, but I dont want that. I do not know what I want, I know that I will find it, and I know that this adventure is my true path."
