You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?))
(third person)
Elmyra points to herself "me?" The hag nods, so Elmyra, albeit reluctantly, sits down. avoiding eye contact with the hag, she asks "How did you know i was coming?" The hag doesn't answer and asks again, "tell me your story." Elmyra clears her throat and begins to start. She had no huge backstory, she was just someone who wanted to adventure and search the world, similar to most adventurers she had previously met. And so, she said as much to the hag.
Elmyra came from a loving family. Living with nature and many druids, she had become friends with the tree nymphs she lived by. After hearing tales from one of the nymphs, she got extremely curious and begged her parents to let her explore. Her parents agreed after some months of Elmyra begging.
