Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

After a very awkward pause Felix finally sat on the edge of the cushion "I guess I could start with my home, I come from a small isolated farm." Felix continued although now a bit more steady "my parents would make regular trips to sell the crops normally every weekend but I never did find out to where they supplied, however when I was around maybe 7 years of age my parents went on a trip and never came back... after a couple of weeks of no return my oldest brother, Ronan took lead me being the youngest of my brother I normally got task such as milking and feeding the cows, training the new hunting dogs, and harvesting carrots in the sprouting season. Eventually my older brother went off to hopefully find a trading route to get supplies such as clothing and bricks for a new fireplace he wanted. But when he left my brother, Alexander grabbed me and a couple dogs I don't remember much because I was sleeping during this but I remember waking up in another persons house. My brother came in and told me that my other brother had planned to kill me to convince Ronan that there were bandits and needed to move since Ronan was very keen on staying at the farm, but I didn't believe him and I ran out of the house and into the woods in hope of finding my way home. Instead I found myself lost I was only about 16 at the time. I stumbled into abandoned shack in the woods the dogs followed me, I decided to stay there using the skills I had watched my brothers do so many times there was already a garden and the shack was in good enough condition for me to fix up a bit and settle in. The dogs normally found there own food or came back to the house with random thing I'm assuming stolen. And finally after about 5 years both my dogs had passed and I decided I didn't want to live alone and that's when I set out to find something I found this town and walked in here..." Felix shifted his focus back to the hags eyes with a awkward smile "was that too much?"
