Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Example: I am taken aback by her claim to have been expecting me. "Are-are you the person I've been having dreams about?" I squint my eyes, her presence is familiar but her face is not. She doesn't respond to the question. "I've been travelling around a lot recently. I'm looking to learn about medicine. I know a bit about curative herbs and such but I want to help and heal people more then that..." I begin to sweat lightly, nervous at her piercing gaze "If that means learning about new herbs, physical techniques, perhaps alchemy or even...magic...but I know nothing about that. I just want to be a better doctor...that's all...can you help with that?"
