Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) "My story?" Tine's eyes search around the room as if she wasn't even paying attention. A few moments pass before she replies; "My story isn't anything surprising! I'm just a halfling from a halfling community! My father, Nimble Amberhallow, used to own a lovely little trinket store and my mother worked as a chef! I myself found out I had a passion for plants, herbs and fortune telling when I was a kid! I wish to someday open a business where I can sell medicine and do fortune reads!" Her eyes sparkled as she spoke. "I also really enjoy the scent of the morning flowers and the different shapes and colors they come in. It's so lovely to have something so unafraid to be itself. Individualism is beautiful, don't you think?" She fidgets with her fingers whilst her foot taps the floor in a specific rhythm. She doesn't make eye contact with the old hag, instead she looks around the room whilst she talks.
