Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

“My story?” He says. “I have been traveling for days, i lost count, I have been a soldier since i was born, and have been serving my lord since. I don’t know my parents sadly but i always have been told that my father died fighting for his nation, for my mother… sadly I don’t know anything about her. Rumors are that she might have been a doctor or a nurse that treated the wounded during our war.”
He stops speaking for a moment but continues strong with a loud voice.
“I’m born for war and thats the only thing i ever saw! I have fought numerous battles against elfs, dwarfs and humans, even cave spiders and mountain trolls.”
He continues to drag about his skills and abilities
“I’m very skilled with swords, knifes and maces. I have been trying to use a bow but looks like my accuracy is way of and I could use some more practice.
I’m also a very good climber but a bad swimmer, I hate water eww!”
The old hag askes:
“Now I know who you are, but how did you end up all the way here?”
Dargmuk replies:
“I will tell you how I ended up here, our camp got raided and i got captured and tortured, a human helped me escape but I don’t know his name or why he did it... now im trying to get back on my feet and find him and thank him, even though I hate humans. I have no idea where to start and how i can find this human…”
