Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

upon entering the tent lunel greets the old hag and says "you've been expecting me how". As he sits down on the cushion before starting his story lunel is from beginnings that were not so fair. Lunel having lost his parents before a memory of them could even be formed leaving him a orphan where he was picked up by some adventures a few years later. they are the ones who raised him and taught him though lunel was never allowed to fight outside of sparing. He enjoyed his time with them but one day in the middle of winter they dropped him off at a inn. Days turned into weeks and then into months but they never returned. He was soon kicked out of the in seeing as he could not pay to stay any longer so he decided to set off to adventure on his own and maybe find out what happened to the adventures who raised him. After 6 years he only found one clue as to what might have happened after finding 4 graves in a small town with almost no identifiable markings. But there was a bracelet and a hairpin he recognized on 2 of the graves if the 2 other graves also belong to members of that party. After finding the graves of his fallen friends he begins on a new search to find a way to bring them back to life no matter the cost.
