  1. Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Vejn'rakh gave a suspicious glance towards the hag, a hand running down their parted hair as she swirled a strand of it through her fingers. With a respectful bow, they would sit down on the cushion as she gave a playful chuckle. "Been expecting me?" A chuckle escaped their lips, "How flattering, well my story ain't one wood elves usually give, let me tell you." The elf would gesture downwards to their tattoos, a bright smile would linger on their lips before brushing back their red hair. "I used to be a sailor back in the 'City of Talon's Port', and what a beauty it was." Vejn'rakh stretched her hands out, emphasizing her statement of it's beauty before returning to a more formal sitting position. "According to my halfling father, he adopted me when I was lost and clearly had no way of returning back to my formal family. Throughout the years I got a few tattoos to represent my times sailing and also my connection to the waves... feel more of that then any forest I've been to." A pause fell on them, thinking of what else to say with her past not being the most eventful. Words caught up to her lips as her emerald gaze turned to the hag. "Hoping here I'm able to make some friends, preferably no enemies and a chance to see more sea lovers like I around."
