Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Example: Ashera looked around, jumping at the sound of the hag's voice, her head whipping to the side where she was. Her violet eyes darted to the cushion, taking a step to it, her muted olive green robes flowed around her like branches in the wind. She took a seat, tucking her white milky hair behind her ears, the tips of them a soft pink in contrast of her pale skin. "I am not entirely sure, I just want new beginnings, a place for myself. I would like to see the wonders of the world, learn all I can and possibly make a name for myself, teach my sibling what I know ." Her voice was a mellifluous tone, her head tilting making the emerald jewels on her ears sparkle in the lowly lit area. She let out a small snort, covering her mouth, "I guess I just want to make a name for myself, put my skills to use, maybe open a clothing store one day once my sibling is also settled."
