Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"uhm.. I guess" he sat down calmly on the cushion, placing his hands on his knees, looking at the woman in front of him. He then spoke, "I'm travelling all the lands right now, looking for a place to settle down for the time being. I heard about this area, and it seemed more appealing and more interesting than the rest" he said, letting out an exhale.
He then looked down at the notebook in his hand, clenching it. "I guess I could tell you a little about how I ended up here. I was a Knight from a small destroyed land, I was the son of a Baron, the Hellcrux's. Our village was destroyed when I turned 17.. Now I have been travelling for over 10 years, exploring the waters, and developing knowledge from the kingdoms around me," he said in a cold tone, opening the notebook and writing down some words. It was packed with drawings and notes about his past. He then looked up at the woman in front of him, waiting for a reply...
