Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) ”You...you were expecting me?” Luigi asks the old hag. When the hag nods, Luigi, naive and innocent, sits down on a cushion on the other side of the tent, facing the hag, and keeps quiet for a moment untill.. ”M-My Story?” he breathes out with a small laugh. ”My story?... Well...” he pauses... and then looks up at the old hag. ”I was born in the woods.. A family of farfolks, building a new life... My father and mother were simple farmers. Simple people, but good people. We didnt have much. But me and my siblings did never notice any lack of anything. We were always fed, and were always showed love and worth.” he says and smiles fondly when speaking of his family, looking up at the roof, almost dreamy.”We would sometimes go into town, and thats when we saw the rich people. High almighty, humans, elves, all dressed in all this colorful lovely clothes, it was if i met Horen or Malin themselves!” he exclaims with a laugh. He pauses for a moment, a moment of nostalgia running through his veins. His face falls... ”Damn Iblees...” he mutters and clutches a pendant around his neck.”One day... one day a group of Orcs arrived at the farm... Offered protection to my mother and father for a weekly sum. Orcs are misunderstood. We were always taught that. They are honorable people.. Or so we thought. My mother and father were naive, innocent, cheerfull people. I have that after them. So they agreed to the deal and showed the orcs around the farm. 2 weeks later, we wake up to a huge loud noise. I was 10 years old. I woke up and saw my infant sister beside me. I looked out and saw the barn in flames, orcs running around, orcs, goblins, Uruks, and even one big Olog... I saw my mother and father on the ground... lifeless, while Krug's son's and daughters ran around taking the little we had. I saw my elder brother fight all he could, but he was put in the ground quick by a large uruk.. I was frozen... i didnt know what to do... Thank goodness, the orcs didnt go upstairs... they were soon gone... and it was my and my infant sister left... all alone...” Luigi pauses, closing his eyes before he stands up, throwing his arms to the sides. ”THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HONORABLE! HONORABLE! AND THEY SLAUGHTERED THEM LIKE PIGS!!... I DIDNT SEE HONOR! IO SAW BLOOD THIRST, CRUELTY, I SAW MANIACS!” Luigi yells and gets quiet. The old hag looks at him with a unexpressional face. He then sits down again.”I took my infant sister to the nearest town and placed her on the stairs of a home and ran away... After that, i was living day by day, surviving... Working on farms till they hadnt anything more to give me... Ive been walking, seeing things. Good things, bad things, beautiful things... I never lost may naivety. I choose to see the good in people. Does it burn me from time to time? Yes. Do i learn? No... Because i got this one life. And i dont have time to be constantly angry... All we need to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.And im certainly not gonna stop the rain by complaining, am i?” he says calmly, looking down. The hag leans in closer.”And where did that naivety bring you?” the hag asks. Luigi is quiet and then looks up with a innocent, warm naive smile.”Right here... in this tent... Where im...expected... You uh... you mind telling me how?”.
